E.M.E. Development GmbH emittiert mit einer Laufzeit bis zum 27.11.2025 den E.M.E. Development Bond mit einem Volumen von EUR 4.000.000,- als Inhaberschuldverschreibung mit 5% Festzins und 12,5% Beteiligung am Jahresüberschuss sowie am Wertzuwachs des Unternehmens.

E.M.E. Development GmbH issues the E.M.E. Development bond with a volume of EUR 4,000,000 as a bearer bond with 5% fixed interest and a 12.5% share in the annual profit and in the growth in value of the company.

Der E.M.E. Development Bond kann als Privatplatzierung von qualifizierten, professionellen Anlegern gezeichnet werden. Die Allgemeinen Anlagebedingungen (AAB) regeln die Bedingungen der Anleihe und stehen nebenstehend als Download zur Verfügung. Bis zum 24. Juni 2022 wurde durch qualifizierte Investoren ein Volumen von 1,5 Mio. Euro gezeichnet.

The E.M.E. Development bond can be subscribed as a private placement by qualified, professional investors. The General Investment Conditions (AAB) regulate the conditions of the bond and are available for download on the right. A volume of EUR 1.5 million was subscribed by qualified investors as of June 24, 2022.
